Holly Roach Knight

A location manager for the film industry in New Mexico for 7 years (setting up her own sustainable production company), she moved to western North Carolina in 2015 to focus on community organizing
Zachary Everett Anders

Zachary is an Asheville native who recently moved to Durham to attend UNC-Chapel Hill with his partner. Zachary loves to travel both near and far, and enjoys staying on the move. When he’s home, he’s usually relaxing in his hot tub or snuggling one of his cats—although his favorite snuggle buddy is his English Bulldog, Greta Sue! As the oldest of five, Zach jokes he was born into a leadership role, coordinating before he could talk. Since then, he’s helped produce television, films, and festivals.
Sara A. Murphy, PhD

A blend of Irish and Iranian heritage, she loves traveling almost as much as she likes books. She has a PhD in English Literature from Columbia University, an M.Phil in English from the University of Edinburgh, and a BA (Hon) in English from the University of Pennsylvania.
She is currently a freelance writer and editor based in the mountains of western North Carolina when not abroad. She has written on climate change, travel, health and fitness, and social justice, among other topics.
